Boca Greens is a guard-gated community with 586 single-family homes that are within a beautiful park-like Community with walking paths lined with shade trees, lakes, and park benches. Boca Greens is a Homeowners Association that follows Florida Statutes its Declaration of Covenants and other published guidelines and standards. We do not have a clubhouse, recreation area, or community pool, but we do have a Privately Owned Public Golf and Tennis Club within that is open to the public for separate membership or golf times. Although we do not have any recreational facilities for the children on site, outside our front gate to the North is American Homes Park, and just outside our back gate is South County Regional Park which offers many amenities for everyone. Within 10 miles of Boca Greens, you can find access to I-95 and further east you can find beautiful beaches that line Florida’s Atlantic Coast.
